Riardo Story

Grandma Luisa Faraone came with her mother and sister to the United States from Riardo, Italy in 1929 at the age of 13. Luisa didn't speak a word of English when she arrived on Ellis Island. She ended up in New Castle, Pennsylvania and settled in with her family. Along with a love for her family, Luisa brought with her a unselfish  love for others. Luisa's happiness was seeing other people happy-and one of the best ways she knew to make people happy was with her food. Grandma Luisa passed that joy onto her grandsons teaching them that art of hospitality. It is truly a blessing and an honor to serve others. So please come in and let us serve you.
